hello i would like to ask can i call a shortcode on js? is it possible? i have the shortcode from popup4phone plugin and i would like to have the shortcode call from js to have display after footer.

No, shortcodes cannot be called from javascript. You could use some ajax to invoke PHP, where you'd process the shortcode.
