daperrin on "[Plugin: WordPress Download Manager] Down loads are only progressing 20-70% then hang"

I am downloading a 1mb pdf. It consistently hangs at 20-70%
My site is http://www.SoCalREhub.com it is the first post to download a 2016 home buyer guide.
Is there any configuration I can try to fix this. Any known issues?
