I want to create a site with video subscription functionality. In that site user can add new video for free but the other users have to pay to watch that video.But he can see some part of the video which will be decided by us like 30% of the video, for all the videos.When the user subscribes, the video will be save in the users library and uses can watch that video any time for fix time period either 10 days or 1 month.The side owner will take commission after subscribe by any user.

Is there any plugin who full fill all requirements? Please suggest me. It will be really appreciated.

This sounds like something that requires a lot of work. I am not aware of such a plugin; I guess you have to a hire a developer for that.

Ok any plugin which full fill at least pay per view functionality online for limit time of period. The time period is given by us.

Maybe you can tweak Easy Digital Downloads to do that. It comes with payment options, and it handles digital products.

You could store two versions of the video, the short one, and the complete. That part needs probably some custom work, or maybe there is already a fitting plugin for EDD available.

Actually toscho i don't want user to download digital product. User can watch online if they purchased it. I am talking about like video tutorials.
