Raam Dev on "[Theme: Independent Publisher] Menu Failure"

I love this theme but have had issues with the menu bar as soon as I installed it not even 24 hours ago. At first I'd add something to a menu and then it would disappear on the backend. Only the about page would stick. Right now I can't add anything at all to any menu and so what is displayed are all of my pages.

I never had this issue with menus until I installed this theme. I've been using WordPress since 2010.

And now when I click on "customize" I get this message:
