amokachisa on "[HELP] i have trouble with table of content!"

I'm a newbie in wordpress. I don't know about code and PHP. I usually use plugin for my wordpress webside.
I need create table of content (ToC) for each post, I tried ToC+(Table of content plus) plugin but it does't working with pagination(<!--nextpage-->) and then I tried "Extended table of contents (with next page support)" plugin
but it can't add to widget(sidebar)
Have any pro help me resolve its!
