wiredmark on "[Plugin: All in One SEO Pack] Slow WYSIWYG while plugin is on"

Hello there,
I am using this plugin on one of my client's blog and I notice that when I activate it, while trying to write a post it causes a serious browser lag. When I type, it sometimes takes 2-3 seconds to display the character I just typed. By checking the Chrome Inspector, I saw that admin-ajax.php keeps sending some XHR requests, thus causing the incredible slow down. I believe the plugin is trying to check something in real time while typing that is causing this problem, however I don't see any other people facing the same problem. Is there a way I can find a workaround to this? Something seems definitely wrong

Thank you for the prompt reply. I already tried all the above steps but I wasn't able to find any correlation between other plugins or elements. I even tried to disable all of my plugins in a testing installation but that didn't work.
