We are assuming that the 'security check failed' error occurs because the nonce that is required for security purpose is either not getting created or verified on your site. Can you tell us when exactly you are seeing this error i.e. under which condition?

Please check & confirm this steps :

1. Are you using latest version of version of Email Subscribers (v3.1.4)? If not, then update & have a re-check.
2. de-activate & then re-activate plugin once & then have a check with the functionality.
3. Do you see any errors in browser's console when that error comes? If yes, then what are those errors? (you can open browser console in Chrome using Ctrl+Shift+j).
4. if you have any caching plugin enabled on your site, then please clear the cache and then have a check (also clear your browser's cache).
5. please try replicating the same issue with only Email Subscribers active (& rest all de-activated) and then have a check. This is to confirm if any of your security plugin is the cause of the issue.
