ferdiax on "[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Widget Maker code not working on external site"

Hello,

Can anyone shed some light on this subject. I've being using the script made in the widget maker in an exteal site and that has worked fine until reasonly.
I keep getting the following error: An error occurred while retrieving the data.
However when i'm logged into the site the events will display and once logged out i get the error message.

Any ideas

Please try: Dashboard -> Events -> Settings and hit Save Settings.

Doesn't change anything. Calendar won't display on exteal site. It should appear in the sidebar on this page

I believe that i've found the problem. On the host server where the calendar is I had the iThemes Security plugin running. I deactivated the plugin and immediately the calendar was displaying on the remote server.
I consequently re -activated the pluging and everything is running smoothly.
