nextendweb_gabor on "[Plugin: Smart Slider 2] Slider problems front end and back end"

The slider on a main page not working properly. Slides dont change and have some missing elements pictures or text. And the same is in back end you can see all the elements in place but when you push play they dessapear. Also insde on every printer we have slides all of them are broken too.
I refreshed cache didn't help. There is only one js error TypeError: layer.css(...).transition is not a function. no idea how to fix that. I have W3 Total Cache plugin but i deactivated it if deleted slider cache how i can restore it?

Hi @unicodesign!

The problem in your website is, that you have different Nextend and Smart Slider plugins installed, and they are only working with the together released versions. So you should go to your Plugins list, delete the Nextend and Smart Slider plugins, and use the installer from our website:

You can install, as you did the first time:

Your sliders will stay, just click on Refresh Slider:

and that will solve your problem.
