Sometimes (but not always) the calendar won't load correctly, neither on the calendar page nor with shortcodes on other pages. For example, instead of showing the subscribe button with the pop-up menu, it will show a bullet list. What's going wrong?

I just upgraded to time.ly 2.5.6 and am experiencing the same problem. I'm only seeing the issue in Chrome & Safari. No problem with IE 11.

My problems occurred after updating too. But my calendar doesn't seem to be working on any browsers, including Edge.

Widgets embedded in exteal sites are working, however.

Here's what my calendar looks like. My users are starting to complain: https://slcfire.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/timelyErr.png

It seems to work temporarily if one re-saves theme options.

I just upgraded my theme & all plugins to the latest version. The calendar now appears to be working on all browsers except Safari for iOS. Weird.

Hi anashpeclibrary,

Do you use a content delivery network or cache plugin, or both?

Cache plugin?

W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache or similar plugin?

I use CloudFlare. I cleared the cache, and the problem is still occurring on iOS. Looks like the problem has been resolved in all other browsers. Weird.

Sorry. I was incorrect. We're not using a caching plugin.

My website is having the same issue. The only thing that works as a temporary fix is resaving the calendar theme options.

Does anyone have a long term fix for this problem? I didn't have these problems until I updated my wordpress and timely to the most up to date versions.

Thanks!

Thanks for the tip on saving calendar theme options. That instantly fixed the iPhone / Safari display issue. How long does the fix typically last?

I just timed it an hour almost exactly.

Hi There,

I am also having an issue on a website i am working on. Im not to sure whats going on? It would be fixed temporarily, but then would revert back to not working again.

Any updates on how to resolve this? The calendar page is very important to this site.

Still no fix that I know of.

it sounds like we might all getting a similar error, maybe since a recent upgrade...

@jayxcamps, your site is getting 404 on:
http://womensbuilding.org/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/cache/ac778e37_ai1ec_parsed_css.css?ver=2.5.6 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

I'm also seeing eg:
/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/cache/bf68b83e_ai1ec_parsed_css.css?ver=2.5.4 404 (Not Found)

On this site, I had W3 Total Cache enabled, so the first thing to do in this case is Performance, Empty All Caches. After this it works immediately.
So try this or the equivalent for whichever caching tool you are using - and don't forget to post back here to let us know if it is fixed.

Jonathan, what are you saying about emptying cache we should do to fix the problem? Thanks!

Does anyone have a solution for this? My calendar looks terrible and completely inoperable.

No lasting fix that I know of. (Saving the calendar theme options will work for about an hour.)

@ Jonathan: Has the calendar worked permanently after clearing the cache on the plugin?
