webworks on "[Plugin: Uji Popup] Color picker has disappeared"

Hello,

I installed the plugin, and the color picker does not show, so I'm unable to choose a background color.

How can I make the color picker retu?

I got it working on another site, and when I submit the gravity form, (which I've tested on a regular page)

...I get a blank white screen, with a single digit, "0" at the top left coer of the white screen.
