anjabasaric on "[Plugin: Apply Online] Thank you page"

Thanks, already did, it's awesome.

But now I'm having other problem, don't know if it's related or not. When I want to add Application Form Fields, plugin puts them in the wrong order on my website. It should go Name, Email, Phone Number, Are you older than 18....and so on, and when I publish it it goes Name,Are you older than 18,.....email,phone. Do you know why is that?
