First of all, make sure your image is big enough (at least 200x200, if I recall correctly).

Secondly, make sure you have OpenGraph installed on your website. It should work without it too, but in some cases it doesn't.

And third, if you have all that, but you're still experiencing the issue, go here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/. Add the URL and press Debug. You will need to get a 200 code, or at least 206. Sometimes, you need to press the Scrape Again button until you get that code. If you don't get it after trying several times, then it means it's still something wrong on your site.
