Hello everyone,

When someones clicks on the pay button on the checkout page, the checkout page is unresponsive for a little then reloads to the order summery page.

Is it possible to add a loader / white overlay to tell customers their order is being processed?

This happens by default on WooCommerce.
Check with the author of your theme, some times people remove or change it.
