Im having trouble with a form i created for a client. When the email about the completed form gets sent to my clients email theres nothing there but this:

From: Henkle <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

I think its the form set up I'm having trouble figuring out what I'm doing wrong.

is there any way to go back and retrieve messages? i created a form used for a basketball camp which included names, ages, t-shirt sizes and other things i need. when i get the emails for the completed forms i can't see any of this information or the email for the party that signed up.

i later installed the flamingo plugin which works, but it doesn't show anything previous to the day i installed it.

Sujet: [votre-sujet]

i checked the article suggested by Takayuki Miyoshi but it looks like my form is set up the right way what is going wrong ? Could you please help ? thanks

Hello @caticap no I haven't figured anything out I've been trying to tease arch different things myself, but I haven't had any luck.

in fact in the mail tab you need to import the tags that are on top of the page. read through
