Could you please elaborate the issue in detail to allow me understand it better and help you accordingly?

my store is in hebrew:

clients fill their details in hebrew (name, last name etc..)

when i export these details and open the exel file, it is all in jiberish.

i think you need to add some encoding command to the exported file ( i think its should be utf-16)

Can you please let me know which editor you are using to view the csv and operating system?

Hey, having the same issue - Hebrew comes out in gibberish :(
I'm using Windows 7 and Microsoft Excel 2010.
