Hello
i dont understand why Loco Translate files i create works fine in folder themes/bridge/languages
but NOT in global folder : languages/themes/

do you know why it is not effective in the global folder ?
I use Bridge theme and i don't want to have to replace files after every theme update

Most likely the files have been named wrongly.

Files inside the theme can just be named with the language (e.g. en_US.mo), but files in the global folder must be prefixed by the correct text domain, e.g. something-en_US.mo

If your theme isn't compatible with Loco then the file name it creates may be wrong. See FAQ #2 https://localise.biz/help/wordpress/translate-plugin/faqs#2
