Caleb Burks on "[Plugin: WooCommerce] Woocommerce translation"

Dears,
I followed instructions how to add .mo file to wordpress in order to get the french translation but no changes at all...
Can you help with up-to-date procédure,

Where did you upload your mo file. What directory?

Actually on public_html/regence.be/wp-content/languages/Woocommerce
But...the woocommerce folder was not présent...so I created it and add file renamed woocommerce-fr_FR.mo

You need to create the folder and the file

wp-content/languages/woocommerce/woocommerce-fr_FR.mo

Well...as said, this is what I did...but it does not work...

Do you have 'languages/woocommerce' or 'languages/Woocommerce'?

I did put a capital letter to woocommerce...so now I changed.
Several people tried with woocommerce-fr_FR.mo, should I name it woocommerce-FRENCH.mo or...????
After renaming folder still does not work.
What should I do after that? Logout-in again?

Are you sure that are you using fr_FR in the General WordPress settings?
