Hello

I'm wanting to add the same modules as is in the current posts area into my new post type. How do I do this?

Unless I'm mistaken, that looks to be a lot of extra content from Visual Composer?

It's probable that whatever is adding the extra metaboxes doesn't know about the custom post type you've created, so it doesn't know to add them to the post type's editor screen. Best I can offer at the moment is checking for settings around adding support for custom post types, within the providing plugin. Nothing we're able to predict ourselves.
