8838drake on "[Plugin: Foo Gallery] Gallery page redirecting to Posts"

I've just installed Foo Gallery and the associated lightbox (FooBox Free) and my Gallery page keeps redirecting to the Posts page.

I have delete the Gallery page completely and removed it from the menu and then recreated it and added it again, deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, restored all the default settings, but non seem to have any effect.

Any help here would be appreciated as I have now run out of ideas.

Do you have the album extension activated?

What is the slug of your gallery page?

Similar to 8838drake, I've actually just experienced the same thing.

I installed the Foo Gallery and all was good.

I then added the album extension, added the gallery to the album, replaced the gallery short-code with the album short-code and now I get redirected to the posts page when I try to open the page.

slug of gallery page is "gallery".

update: I tried deactivating the album extension and adding the foogallery code [foogallery id="445"] back into my gallery page.

Now I get redirected to the home page.

I tried lots of different things to get it to work, but in the end I just deactivated the plugin and deleted it, I wasted far too much time with this and have since downloaded Photo Gallery by WebDorado and it's worked perfectly.
