gadtech on "Google Showing my Blog's Description for all Categories"

My blog NaijNaira was first set up on blogger platform for about 2 months before i transferred it to WordPress about 6 days ago. For about four days it was displaying the old site description for blogger platform on Google and new site description for all my categories archive.

I was able to resolve the first issue through Google webmaster, but the issue of site description appearing under categories instead of their respective descriptions has not been resolved. I don't know if this affect anything, but i had like to know how to make description of each categories appear in search instead of the homepage description.

I was able to see relevant description to your post in Google search results, here is the screenshot http://awesomescreenshot.com/0e360ywq2f . Do you use sitemap for your website. Try Google indexing via webmaster tool and any top rated seo plugin.

Thanks for taking your time to reply @eblogbuddy. I just checked again, my posts has been indexed by Google and they are now showing instead of the categories archives. It was showing like that under tecno camon c9 archive (same as the site's description).

It would have been easier to explain if i also took a screenshot then. But i just hope it won't later affect anything. Since the posts description are displaying correctly, i assume that of categories might be resolved.
