Lap on "[Plugin: MailChimp for WordPress] Subscribers not updating"

Hello, :-)

I'm using the MailChimp for WordPress plugin and my subscribers who are opting in for a content upgrade using hidden fields and their details are not being updated in MailChimp.

When a subscriber opts-in for the content upgrade the hidden field is updated but if the same subscribers opts-in for a different content upgrade through another post their details are not updated in Mailchimp, even though I'm selecting the update subscriber option in the setup. The hidden fields on both forms work for first-time subscribers only.

I'm not sure what's going wrong and I don't want to 'manually' updated my subscribers.

Hello, I'm having the same issue. I am running on different sites, each adding to a different group, but I get the message "You are already subscribed", when I am trying to add on the second site.

If I delete myself completely from the list, it works to re-add, so the issue is coming when someone tries to signup the same address to a different group, it doesn't update.
