norcalnathan on "[Plugin: WooCommerce] HELP! Uninstall has crashed entire site!!!!!"

I tried deactivating woocommerce and now my entire site is inaccessible. I am getting the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_cart() in /homepages/45/d482409314/htdocs/nss/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree.php on line 591

I did not active paypal. The site is http://nicholassansburysmith.com/nss/

Please help asap!!!!!
