Help! I am trying to update my website, for which I bought the domain in 2011. I don't update very often so only just worked out how to get back to the dashboard!
So then the WordPress log-in comes up. I think I remember my useame but can't remember the password. So I click lost password, and it asks me to enter my useame or email address. If I enter either of the two email address that could be associated with it, it tells me " There is no user registered with that email address", and if I enter the useame, it says "The e-mail could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function..."
And then when I go onto the WordPress website itself, it doesn't even seem to recognise the useame! I don't know what to do next!
