Mike Jolley on "[Plugin: WooCommerce] New shipping zone not working"

Hi,

I have wordpress 4.5.3, and i update my WooCommerce to lates version.
When i tu off my old (shipping zone) outdated, and I created NEW, then it works only firs payment on list shipping zone.

I have set 4 different shipping metod:
- Normal package (for product to $100).
- Inteational for 5 country.
- Free shipping (for product more than $100)
- Last (personal collection) for a range of postal codes.

old (shipping zone) outdated work properly, but the new ones do not work.

It works only 1 method from the list. If other payment I move to 1st place in the list she works and the rest do not.
