sb1 on "Submit to table with auto sort plugin requested"

Hi,

I am looking for a plugin that make me able to have a user submit form, with a corresponding table for "ranking", publicly on my website:

- A submit form to put in a few fields by user with upload function for picture
- This should display nicely in a table, ranked by number from one of the input fields, also publicly available on the site
- Picture should be linked to the line item in the table

E.g. a user submit "Nick1" and "5". Another user submits "Nick2" and "6".

This should then display on the site

Nickname Number
Nick2 6
Nick1 5

And so on. Does this exist?
