It is not allowed to speak on WordPress.org pages about Pro versions of plugins.

@backup-dropbox You keep writing that. That's wrong.

You (the plugin author and people working with you) cannot support your customers in these forums. That's simple, if someone seeks support for your paid services then you must direct them elsewhere. Email works too and I'm glad that you direct your customers elsewhere.

However when someone writes about their pro experience in the reviews that is allowed and is even encouraged.

You use the plugin here to upsell and that makes any review here about the pro experience valid and informative.

Cuta, If you need support with the pro version then please contact the author as above. I also encourage you to include in your review the whole experience. Feel free in this review to explain it all to anyone reading about what you went through and how the overall use and dealing with the author was.
