this shit does not work, it locks me out completely!!!

Hi, did you enable the following feature Enable Force WP User Logout: found under User Login -> Force Logout? If you did then anyone logged in for a longer period than the period stipulated in the settings will be logged out forcefully. So from your query above this period is 60 minutes.

What you can do is either increase the time or disable this feature altogether.
