Kathryn on "[Theme: Sela] Mobile view - Menu Bar Color"

Hi There and thank you in advance for your time, energy and effort regarding this post. I think this is the first ever help request I've posted on a forum - but I've gotten LOTS of help by reading posts from other users.

Here's my issue... I have Sela (great theme btw) running and it looks exactly the way I want it to. On mobile devices... not so much.

I added some custom CSS in order to change the color of the menu bar. In the mobile view there is a pink square (?button?) and the rest of the menu bar is correctly displayed as white. I'd like for the pink to be white.

I've searched the other entries and found similar issues but not quite the same. Also - I'm a great big rookie when it comes to CSS so any thoughts or opinions on what I've done here is appreciated.
