I have gone through about 10 passwords in a few days. I have to reset my passwords every day when I log in.

Where is the log-in button on WordPress.org?

WordPress.org is where we develop and support WordPress, it's entirely separate from your site. WordPress.org is to WordPress like Microsoft is to a published novel that was originally written in Microsoft Word.

Just create one site and call it wordpress.com and if users want to upgrade to a premium package than upgrade to wordpress.com. Simple.

Not so simple unfortunately, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely different entities: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_vs_WordPress.com

WordPress.org is where we volunteers develop and support the free WordPress blogging software, and we are backed by the non-profit WordPress Foundation.

WordPress.com is a product of Automattic, a for-profit company. They use the WordPress software, but beyond that has no formal relationship with WordPress.org.

The source of the confusion, in this case, is thoroughly out of our hands.

Most of these plug ins are created by 3rd party venders.

That's generally the idea. We're not in the business of making plugins, we're not in the business of anything really. WordPress is developed and supported entirely by volunteers, and offered for free. We leave it up to others to extend WordPress the way they want to and provide that extension to the community by way of a plugin or theme.

For example....The Easy Google Fonts plug in is missing the most common font- Times New Roman. This is a universal font.

That would be because https://fonts.google.com does not provide Times New Roman.
