Support by Sygnoos on "[Plugin: Popup Builder] Open Popup from Menu Item Click"

I am trying to configure a menu item to open a popup. I tried adding a class to the menu item, and a click listener is the page header to open the popup when clicked using the following code provided in another thread (Open popup with JavaScript):

var popupObj = new SGPopup(); popupObj.showPopup(1, false);

It didn't work for me, but is there any way I can link the menu item to the popup?

Try to add css class to your menu item, like in this example: sg-popup-id-1, where the id number should be your popup's id number (instead of 1).
There's no need to add extra any javascript codes, just try this way and let us know if it works.

I am not seeing that it works. I have tried adding the classes sg-popup-1-1, sg-popup-id-1, and sg-popup-1 to the menu item, and still they yield no response.
