Smartsupp on "[Plugin: Smartsupp Live Chat] Not working with WP Rocket caching on?"

Is it possible that caching prevents this plugin form working? I deleted the WP Rocket cache, but is remains 'dark'.....

I have taken a look onto you site. If you set up plugin correctly, then there might be only one possible error. Our plugin JavaScript code is inserted into template footer. If you template is missing section where this footer is print out it will not work. Please see this explanation of template blocks.
