Beda on "[Plugin: Toolset Types] add repeating groups of content in Views"

Hi,
I'm developing a medicinal plants website, I'd like to use Toolset Views to create page content. The format of the page is plant details followed by a group of repeating fields (in an accordion) for each ailment that's treated by the plant, would this layout be possible using views?

I have the data in 2 csv files one contains a row for each plant and the second contains all the ailments treated, each ailment field group is in a separate row with a plant ID and an ailment ID. What would be the best way to import this csv data.
