How to increase country base followers in Instagram

Hi,

Looking for USA based followers for one of my instagram account. My question is how can i increase followers base on country.

I just used someone services (Pakcage) but maximum followers are from Asia and very limited from USA or nearby countries. So i dont want to use this types of services again.

Kindly suggest me that how can i increase USA based followers.
