Show older posts to new members on facebook group

Hey i have recently created a facebook group and i found 2 problems.

1) The first one is that new users can't see the older posts on the group. I have joined to the group with a user and when i left and came back i wasn't able to see the older posts (I am also the admin of the group with another user).

2) The second problem i have is that the other user i use that is not admin can see the amount of views the posts has. For example "Seen by 15" and i thought that option is only save for the...
