How does improper e-waste Disposals effect the environment?

Around the Global Every thing is effecting the environment. In this situation waste materials also effect the environment very badly like garbage waste , factory waste etc. I want to know how E-Waste Disposals can also effect the environment like other waste and is there any solution for this issue?
