Instant Follow link from a group

Hi could someone please help me resolve this issue.

I’m sharing my page on Facebook groups but can’t seem to find anywhere on the meta business plaer to add a link to like and instantly follow my page.

I have seen other posters do this and I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean.

So I need at the top of my post to say the page details then a link with “follow (the page)” as shown.

how do I do this?
