Unable To Post Reply To A Thread

Am unable to post reply to thread.... wrote all i had to wrote in content box hit "POST REPLY" button and nothing refresh page many times.... no help....(thread is not locked or something)
Same thing happened while posting a thread too but with refresh once it worked... WordPress ...
