Python executable dll missing errors

Hello
I leave programming with python because when i generate exe file(using pyinstaller), the program do not work in all other computers(dll missing prblm).

I'm using c++ for years now and i didnt see this problem with c++ ever, and i dont know if i can use python again or not
Please tell me if the problem is fixed or not WordPress ...
