Remove green object (hands)

Good moing,

if I'm going to make a video using a lego kit, I can move the figures with their hands and then remove my hands with the program? Is there any option to remove the hands? I would wear green clothes for relief. I saw on tik tok that even movies are shot like this.

Stop motion seems uecessarily long to me!
