Are YOUTUBE links counted as Backlink ?

i have one blog about PC tricks and tips.

I have many Videos about that and i will create some and iwill upload these videos on youtube.
I just waa ask are these videos counted as BACKLINK if i will put my links somewhere there ?

If NOT then Please suggest me any other Video service that will be counted by google ....
