I get this message and I cannot open my Facebook account.

This is a problem that requires skill I do not have.

A boarder / tenant left and the FB account that was there has stopped.
I tried to get in and made a mess of it. Password fails and the mobile number is not known and the photograph in use is not there - all these required for verification as per usual.
