Create container enviroment for hosting Magento

Hello people

I have some task to do about hosting Magneto.

I need to configure the following things:
-Nginx
-php-fpm
-memcached
-mysql

So my question is :

Did i need to configure those things example via Ubuntu terminal with sudo commands for each one,or i need to be logged in magneto to do that?
