I have a long domain name what sould I do!

So I'm new to blogging and article and SEO and domain stuff
and I realize I made a mistake I have a name domain and it's too long and I cannot change it because I will lose my traffic if I do so

it's about psychology and in Arabic
so as you can see the domain name is "nafsiyatokasihatoka" so long maybe longer than my life lmao .
please is there a solution for this?
