Estimate to connect API or Scrapped data to Woocommerce (needs regular updates)

I need this to be done:

I want to show all Xbox Store Games on my Woocommerce shop. Im not sure if there is a api available but there are few websites that seems to have updated data from the Xbox Store.

The XBox Store has weekly deals so they have sale price updated regular basis and need those to be updated regularly on my a shop.

I will be reselling them so i need to add my own price...
