Ranking Pages for Unavailable Products

I have a few collection pages that are ranking and getting traffic for a keyword but the product for that keyword has been discontinued and not available anymore. I don't know if I should redirect that collection page to the replacement, change the keywords/products on that page, or if I should just keep it as is.

What are your thoughts?
