my post is listed in ony one country

Hello, I hope you you can help me. I publish a post on 10th September 2023. When I search gent gezi rehberi and gent gezilecek yerler search terms in Turkey, the page is listed. Google search console also provides raking position and number of clicks so far. I checked the page with different devices and different inteet connections in Turkey it seems ok. However, Friends in the UK and France stated that this particular post isnt listed on google.
