$75 Logo Contest - New Entertainment Brand

Hello,

We are looking to build a new brand which is called "Indie Spark" it is going to be an entertainment publication much like the following websites:

Hollywood Life
TMZ
Entertainment Weekly
E! News

It will also be a streaming platform for independent content and movies, so sort of like a Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Tubi etc but for independent content.
