WordPress instalation guru

Looking for someone to setup and configure a wordpress site.
You MUST have big collection of plugins and design templates available.

The setup i'm looking for should be like this:
1. most seo-friendly setup, include any plugins that will help achieve this goal
2. add some 10 themes that are seo friendly AND adsense friendly, have them all configured so that whenever I switch to another template - it will be a plug-and-play
