2FA failure

Hi, everyone. Maybe someone else has faced this problem? I have set up two-factor authentication to log in to Digitalpoint, but due to some kind of failure, I can no longer log in to my old account(because I don't have a code to enter besides my password). Can anyone tell me who to contact to get my access restored?
